The GREAT BEQA REEF surrounds our island with 190 miles of spectacular coastline. You’ll enjoy some of the best diving in Fiji, the Soft Coral Capital of the world. With over 100 unique sites to discover, divers are able to explore at a variety of depths with sites as shallow as 15ft (5m) and others drop away to nearly 100ft (30m) and beyond. With year-round temperatures ranging between a cool 75˚f (25˚c) and a bathwater 84˚f (29˚c) divers are comfortable in 3mm to 5mm suits.

It is home to radiant reefs that support a vast array of marine life, from gorgeous corals to massive Tiger and Bull sharks. Other critters you’re likely to encounter are Blue Ribbon Eels, Lionfish, Leaf Scorpions and Clown Triggers. 

Shark Diving

Descend onto the perimeter of the reef and get ready to witness nature at its finest.

Excitement is in the air, and the anticipation is palpable as sharks, hundreds of jacks, snappers, the occasional massive Queensland grouper, humphead wrasse, and other incredible marine life can all be seen circling the dive site.

Feeders settle around the reef, and then the real spectacle begins. Tawny Nurse sharks, Lemon sharks, Bull sharks and Tiger sharks purposefully move towards the feeders, opening their massive jaws to pluck food from their outstretched hands in direct view of divers.
