RIDE DIVE – Tasmania / Melbourne February 2022
Brief Itinerary
Day 1 – Monday 7th February
930am - Meet at Caltex Hume, Monaro Hwy. This meeting point is for any rider who lives north of Hume.
10am – Meet at United fuel station, Micelago. This meeting point is for any rider who lives south of Hume.
11am – Cooma, quick break, meeting last group of riders.
145pm – Cann River – lunch
430pm – Lakes Entrance, overnight stay
630pm – Dinner & drinks
Day 2 – Tuesday 8th February
930am – Depart Lakes Entrance
130pm – Officer - Lunch
330pm – Port Melbourne, Spirit of Tasmania terminal.
6pm – Boarding ferry
Day 3 – Wednesday 9th February
6am – Disembark Spirit of Tasmania ferry
7am – Breakfast at Davenport
230pm – Strahan - lunch and overnight stay
7pm – Dinner & drinks
Day 4 – Thursday 10th February
830am – Depart Strahan
930am – Iron Blow Lookout
1015am – Nelson Falls Lookout
1pm – Geographical Centre of Tasmania, lunch
4pm – Hobart, 2 night stay
7pm – Dinner & drinks
Day 5 – Friday 11th February
6am – Depart Hobart
9am – Depart Pirates Bay boat ramp, boat dives, breakfast at the boat ramp
1pm – Lunch at the boat ramp
7pm – Salamanca Square for dinner and drinks
Day 6 – Saturday 12th February
8am – Breakfast at hotel
**Today you have all day to enjoy Hobart and surrounds, you just need to make your own way to Bicheno by 6pm for check-in.**
630pm - Dinner
Day 7 – Sunday 13th February
830am – Depart Bicheno
11am – Weldborough Pass Lookout
1pm – Bridport, lunch
6pm – Devonport, Spirit of Tasmania, ready for boarding
Day 8 – Monday 14th February
615am – Disembark Spirit of Tasmania ferry
645am – Quick bite to eat/breakfast at Catani Gardens, St Kilda West.
9am – Dive Blairgowrie Pier, 2 dives
1pm – Depart Blairgowrie Pier
6pm – Arrive at Lakes Entrance, Dinner & overnight stay
Day 9 – Tuesday 15th February
8am – Depart Lakes Entrance
10am – Arrive Cann River, pit-stop for fuel & coffee
1pm – Arrive Bredbo, Lunch stop
